Date set for Grove 2024 livery reveal event

GROVE Racing will launch its 2024 Repco Supercars Championship challenger at a fan event early next year.

The Ford squad, which won two of the final three races of 2023, has announced a livery reveal and driver meet-and-greet event for February 3.

That will come at the headquarters of re-signed major sponsor Penrite, at 110-116 Greens Road in Dandenong South, Victoria.

The event will run from 10am to 1pm AEDT.

Grove started this year in a predominantly black livery but switched to a brushed copper look for Bathurst, which it retained for its successful Gold Coast and Adelaide outings.

Considered a powerhouse in the making, there is plenty of intrigue around how the Groves will fare in 2024.

Armed with proven personnel and improving resources, the Braeside team will field two talented Kiwis in Matt Payne and Richie Stanaway.

Payne will head into his second season high on confidence following his Adelaide triumph, while Bathurst 1000 winner Stanaway – who replaces Team 18-bound David Reynolds – is back for his first full-time campaign since 2019.

Payne and young gun engineer Jack Bell will continue working together, while Alistair McVean is set to guide Stanaway in the #26 Penrite Mustang.
