THE covers have come off the prototype Gen3 Supercars and Repco is giving you a chance to be the first fan to go for a ride in one.
Launched at Mount Panorama on Friday ahead of the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000, the Gen3-spec Ford Mustang GT and Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 were revealed in front of a huge media contingent and broadcast live to fans trackside and at home.
One lucky Supercars fan and a friend will win the first hot lap in the cars at next year’s Newcastle 500.
The winners will be given flights to Newcastle, accomodation, corporate hospitality and the hot lap around the popular 2.6km beachside street track.
The prize will mean that the winners will be the first fans to sample the new Gen3 Supercar and become one of very few people to even sit inside the future race cars of the sport.
