THE wait is over for fans to get a look at the new Ford Mustang that will race in the 2023 Repco Supercars Championship.

Ford released the new S650 shape this morning and has now distributed digital imagery of how that fascia will transfer onto its fleet of race cars across various categories.

The Gen3 Supercar is depicted above and in the four images below.

Below is a look at the full Mustang family, from left to right: NASCAR, GT4, NHRA (back), GT3 (front), Supercar and Mustang Dark Horse R (road car).

Mustang will move into GT3 (pictured below) and GT4 competition in 2024 under a partnership with Multimatic Motorsports.

As per series regulations, the GT4 version (below) features a far tamer aerodynamic package than its GT3 brethren.

The updated NASCAR will also not race until 2024 and close-up images of it are yet to be released.
