MARK Skaife is the focus of the latest episode of the V8 Sleuth Podcast powered by Holden, which in 2019 is celebrating its 50th anniversary of factory involvement in Australian motorsport and in 'the Great Race' at Bathurst.
When it comes to Holden, there are few bigger names in the brand's history at Mount Panorama and in Supercars than Skaife, a five-time championship winner, six-time Bathurst 1000 winner, and the last driver to win 'the Great Race' while simultaneously owning the factory Holden team.
