A REPLICA run of Mark Skaife’s last Bathurst 1000-winning helmet from 2010 has been launched by Siclids Custom Helmets.
Available to pre-order here from the V8 Sleuth Online Store, the replica helmet run is limited to just 200 and comes in a clear display case with numbered plaque.
Each helmet’s visor will be hand-signed by the six-time Bathurst 1000 winner, whose last Bathurst win came alongside Craig Lowndes in the #888 TeamVodafone Commodore VE II 10 years ago this year.
The replica helmet features Skaife’s distinctive colours and design and replicates the team and personal sponsors the original helmet (which is retained by Skaife among his collection) had on race day at Mount Panorama in 2010.
The helmets are due to be delivered in time for Christmas.
