V8 Sleuth becomes Repco Bathurst 12 Hour media partner

AN1 Media’s flagship Australian motorsport media content brand V8 Sleuth is to become the Official Media Partner of the 2024 Repco Bathurst 12 Hour race to be held on February 16-18.

Part of the new multi-year arrangement will also see AN1 Media produce and publish the Official Program of the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour.

It will be a glossy print program that will be available in time for next year’s race, available both online and at Mount Panorama over the course of the three-day event.

This adds the GT classic as a significant print property to the business’ existing suite of publications.

AN1 also produces digital and print programs for the Supercars Events-promoted rounds of the Repco Supercars Championship, including the Repco Bathurst 1000, as well as a wide-range of high-quality books.

It published ‘Bathurst: Going Global – 10 Years of Australia’s International Enduro – 2011-2020’ featuring a history of the Bathurst 12 Hour covering every race to that point of the GT3 era.

There is limited stock remaining of this book, available here at a special on-sale price in the V8 Sleuth Superstore.

V8 Sleuth, which was judged the Publication of the Year at the recent Supercars Media Awards, will promote the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour via its wide-array of digital touchpoints.

A special series of Bathurst 12 Hour-flavoured stories will be published on the highly popular V8 Sleuth website in the lead-up to the 2024 race with further content and event information to included in episodes of both the V8 Sleuth Podcast and Castrol Motorsport News Podcast.

A special 12 Hour preview podcast prior to the 2024 race will keep race fans across all of the important information ahead of the next edition of Australia’s international endurance classic.

“All of our team love the Bathurst 12 Hour, it’s the perfect way to start the Australian motorsport season from a circuit racing perspective,” says AN1 Media MD Aaron Noonan.

“Becoming the Official Media Partner for the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour is a great honour and one we’re really excited about heading into 2024.”

Repco Bathurst 12 Hour Event Director Shane Rudzis is thrilled with the new arrangement with AN1 Media.

“This is a really logical extension to the long-standing relationship between Supercars and AN1 Media,” he says.

“Aaron and his team deliver quality content and products and that’s exactly what we need with an event as prestigious as the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour.”

Tickets for the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour are on sale now with further information here.
