V8 SLEUTH BRINGIN’ THE BATHURST BOOKS TO REPCO TRACKSIDE

A WIDE range of motorsport books and publications will be available at the Repco Trackside store at this year’s Repco Bathurst 1000 as part of the huge six-day event.

A range of motorsport titles, including those published by V8 Sleuth, will be available for fans to buy at Mount Panorama in Repco Trackside at Harris Park within the merchandise precinct adjacent to Pit Straight.

It’s the first time many of these products have been available on-site at a race track as the V8 Sleuth item range makes its return to the Mountain after missing last year’s race due to COVID restrictions.

There will also be some special guests appearing in Repco Trackside for book signings over the course of the event week with guests and signing times to be confirmed soon.

V8 Sleuth’s stock of Perkins Engineering car history books has run extremely low and there will not be stock of this title in at Repco Trackside.

However, stock of the limited-edition Perkins book will be available to event patrons to buy from the National Motor Racing Museum located at the bottom of Conrod Straight.

The Museum will host V8 Sleuth’s Open Night on Thursday night of race week with special guests Steve Richards and Jack Perkins.

Tickets for this great motorsport chat night are available here.

From camping supplies to tools, and all the best Bathurst merchandise you could ever ask for – Repco Trackside has a wide selection of products that fans will need to complete their Bathurst experience.

Also inside Repco Trackside will be the Repco Broadcast Studio, where you could meet a V8 legend or even have the chance to commentate a classic Bathurst moment yourself!

Opposite Repco Trackside will be the Repco Pitstop Challenge, the closest thing to a real, full Supercar pitstop that you can get. Set the fastest time for your chance to win some incredible money can’t buy prizes, including course car rides of the Mount Panorama circuit in the awesome Repco C10.

“Our very first ‘Great Race’ as naming rights partner is finally here. To say that the entire Repco crew across Australia and New Zealand are pumped is an understatement!” said Mitch Wiley, Head of Sponsorship, Repco.

“After all that this year has thrown at us, to celebrate this incredible sport with the best fans in the world, at the best circuit in the world is something very special.

“We have worked hard with the team at Supercars to bring the best fan activations to this event. All of our activations are free and we can’t wait to be at the mountain next week to experience our very first Repco Bathurst 1000.”

V8 Sleuth’s website, podcast and social channels will provide plenty of coverage for fans of this year’s Repco Bathurst 1000, its event coverage to be presented by recently announced partner, Ford Australia.
