THE latest episode on the Perkins Engineering YouTube channel charts the evolution of rear brake calipers in the V8 Supercar category since 1993.
In the video Jack Perkins gives a look at the different caliper designs utilising three generations of cars in the Perkins Engineering workshop.
Perkins begins by explaining that the Harrop-made caliper on the 1993 Castrol Commodore came directly from AUSCAR racing.
