THE latest episode on Perkins Engineering’s YouTube channel continues a series charting the evolution of the various parts of V8 Supercars over time.
In this episode Jack Perkins compares the front bumper bars on PE’s 1993 Bathurst 1000-winning Holden Commodore VP, 2003 Holden Commodore VY, and Perkins’ 2015 Gold Coast 600 race-winning Holden Racing Team Commodore VF.
Perkins even has a couple of extra props including the bar Larry damaged in his crash during practice ahead of what proved his final Bathurst 1000 in 2003!
