BATHURST MUSEUM CLOSED DURING BATHURST 1000

THE National Motor Racing Museum at Mount Panorama has confirmed it will unfortunately be closed during this year’s Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.

A popular destination for fans from all over the country that descend on the Mountain for the annual Supercar classic, the Museum will be closed during race week due to the COVID-19 plan for the event.

The Museum will be closed from Thursday October 15 to Sunday October 18 inclusive.

It will, however, remain open in the days leading up to the commencement of the event proper, and be open on the Monday to Wednesday of race week and re-open to the public on the Monday after the race (October 19).

There’s the potential for extended opening hours for Monday to Wednesday of race week.

For further information, updates and details, follow the National Motor Racing Museum here on Facebook and check the Museums Bathurst website here.
