DJR signs sponsor ahead of Australian Grand Prix

DICK Johnson Racing’s Mustangs will sport fresh branding this weekend with National Tiles coming aboard.

The tile retailer dabbled with the famous Ford squad last year via its Repco Bathurst 1000 wildcard and will now join in a full-time capacity on both the #11 and #17 entries for the rest of the 2024 season.

“We’re thrilled to embrace National Tiles as part of the Shell V-Power Racing Team family,” said DJR CEO David Noble.

“This partnership builds upon the success of our wildcard program, cultivating and growing this relationship to a new level.

“From humble beginnings, both organisations have created a legacy in their respective industries on the foundations of embracing customers and fans alike.

“We’re looking forward to what we can achieve together with National Tiles both on and off the track.”

DJR is not the only Supercars team welcoming new partners ahead of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix round at Albert Park.

Grove Racing (Hisense) and Brad Jones Racing (Leader/Acronis) are also in that boat.

“Over a race weekend we produce an incredible amount of sensitive data and keeping that stored safely is of the utmost importance to our team,” said BJR owner Brad Jones.

“We wouldn’t trust anyone but Acronis with keeping our data safe and secure.”
