The 332-page hardcover collectors book covers the remarkable highs and lows of DJR on its road to becoming the first team in ATCC/Supercars Championship history to start 1000 races.
Published in an exclusive limited edition of 3000 copies, V8 Sleuth only has a small amount of stock remaining.
Each copy of the book has an individually numbered front sheet signed by both Dick Johnson AM and Dr. Ryan Story AM.
Broken down into a year-by-year format featuring a large range of images and statistics, Johnson provides his personal recollection of each year with many highs, some lows and incredible anecdotes and insights that only he can provide, the book written in conjunction with John Smailes.
Interspersed throughout the book are a variety of contributions from star drivers and significant figures from the history of DJR (and its period as DJR Team Penske) along with a dedicated Bathurst 1000 chapter covering the years the Great Race wasn’t counted as part of the ATCC/Supercars Championship.
