We’re talking to Paul Radisich for this week’s episodes of the V8 Sleuth Podcast powered by Castrol – and we’re releasing both parts at the same time!
The second part of our two-part chat looks at his years racing in Supercars, beginning with how his four-year stint at Dick Johnson Racing was originally a one-year deal and how he tried to make the switch to another top Ford team after that 1999 season, his aggressive driving style, the dramatic win at the 2001 Queensland 500 and equally as dramatic heartbreak at the 1999 Bathurst 1000.
Radisich also opens up about his years at Briggs Motor Sport and his role in bringing Triple Eight into Supercars, his podium finish with Team Kiwi Racing, and the aftermath of his two horrific crashes at Bathurst in 2006 and 2008, as well as tackling your National Motor Racing Museum Couch Racer Questions.
