THE Adelaide Motorsport Festival has been boosted by the addition of Repco as its 2024 naming rights sponsor.
The mid-March event will accordingly be known as the Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival and joins the automotive parts business’ motorsport portfolio alongside the Bathurst 1000, Bathurst 12 Hour and Supercars Championship as a whole.
The deal will include the presence of the Repco Circuit Safari, providing guests with on-track experiences.
“The Adelaide Motorsport Festival has become a staple in the Australian motorsport calendar, offering a diverse mix of modern and historic motorsport on one of our great race tracks,” said Repco head of sponsorship Mitch Wiley.
“Repco is intrinsically linked to all spectrums of our rich motorsport history, and that makes this partnership a perfect match.”
Adelaide Motorsport Festival CEO Tim Possingham added: “We are excited to have top-tier automotive brand Repco as our naming-rights holder to the event.
“Repco is a perfect fit for the event as it shares a rich history in Australian motorsport and is also recognised globally for its involvement with the Repco Brabham cars that raced across the globe.”
A wide range of iconic cars will appear at the 2024 Repco Adelaide Motorsport Festival, from historic Formula 1 machines to several Bathurst 1000-winning Supercars and more.
