RED BULL’s Formula 1 and Supercars machinery shared Mount Panorama on Saturday evening at the Bathurst 12 Hour.
A Red Bull RB7 and Gen3 Supercars Camaro took to the track together for filming purposes following the 12 Hour’s Top 10 Shootout.
The track time was in addition to Liam Lawson’s F1 demonstration run earlier in the afternoon, with the second outing a filming session for Red Bull.
Shane van Gisbergen was behind the wheel of Supercars’ prototype Gen3 Camaro, stickered in a generic Red Bull livery for the occasion.
Interestingly, the F1 component featured a different driver and RB7 chassis than that used earlier in the day.
Austrian Red Bull promotional run regular Patrick Friesacher is believed to have been behind the wheel of a second RB7 that had been brought to the track.
Red Bull undertook extensive filming at Bathurst and various other locations in Australia in the lead-up to the event.
