PRE-SEASON testing resumed today at Queensland Raceway, with four Supercars in action.
Broc Feeney and Jamie Whincup shared the sole Gen3 car running at Ipswich, being the #88 Chevrolet Camaro of Triple Eight Race Engineering.
Super2 returnees Aaron Seton and Nash Morris also hit the track in their respective Holden ZB Commodores, the latter sporting World Gym branding, while Seton’s Super3 teammate Jason Gomersall cut laps in his VF Commodore.
Seven main game cars are expected at QR tomorrow (two from each of Dick Johnson Racing, Matt Stone Racing and PremiAir Racing, plus Triple Eight’s #97) while Team 18, Walkinshaw Andretti United, Grove Racing and Tickford Racing (Cars #5 and #56) are set to test at Winton on Wednesday.
Declan Fraser is hoped to be back on deck for Tickford having missed last week’s Sydney Motorsport Park all-in through illness.
There is also parity testing going on this week, which is already underway at Temora.
