NEW COLLECTOR’S PRINT CELEBRATES TICKFORD’S 100 POLE POSITIONS

TICKFORD Racing’s milestone of 100 pole positions in the Supercars Championship is being celebrated in a brand-new print featuring all 100 pole-winning cars.

Available to pre-order here now, the one-metre-wide print celebrates a special achievement in the Ford team’s history.

Cam Waters’ pole in Race 27 at the weekend’s ITM Auckland SuperSprint at Pukekohe gave the team its 100th pole position.

The team, then known as Ford Performance Racing, claimed its first championship pole position at Winton in 2006 with Jason Bright driving the CAT-sponsored Falcon BA.

Since then, a range of drivers including Mark Winterbottom, Chaz Mostert, Will Davison and David Reynolds have contributed to the team’s 100 championship pole positions.

The print features images and details of every car that has claimed pole position for the team, as well as the top five drivers to have contributed to the milestone.

Measuring 1000mm wide by 590mm high, this artwork will be printed offset on 250gsm matte paper stock in an exclusive hand numbered limited edition.

It’s a big statement print for collectors and is one that fans of this team shouldn’t miss. It’s due to be shipped in late October to customers.

Authentic Collectables have also announced it will be releasing a special 100 Tickford Racing Poles celebration livery Mustang GT model in 1:18, 1:43 and 1:12 scales. Pre-orders for the model are open here now via the V8 Sleuth Superstore.

Tickford Racing marks its 100th pole position with this special celebratory model car, featuring a unique livery paying tribute to the team’s FPR and PRA eras as well as its current Tickford Racing banner. Photo: Supplied.
