New Formula 1 ‘Grid Walk’ show to debut on radio

SPORTS Entertainment Network (SEN) has announced a new Formula 1 radio program, ‘Grid Walk’, that will make its debut this Sunday, September 2 ahead of the Italian Grand Prix.

To air on SEN and SENZ, the new program will air at 8.00pm AEST and be hosted by former Supercars driver – and more recently F1 Medical Car driver – Karl Reindler with Cameron van den Dungen.

The new program will give listeners a run up to the next round of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship season.

SEN Group Radio Director Sam Thompson said: “The introduction of Grid Walk continues to elevate our standing as the definitive Home of Sport, reaffirming our dedication to motorsport, completing our coverage of the Repco Supercars Championship.”

“Karl and Cameron are authorities in the realm of F1. With Max Verstappen dominating and the midtable contest now seizing the spotlight, Grid Walk is poised to become essential listening for motorsport fans.”

The addition of the ‘Grid Walk’ adds to SEN’s growing suite of motorsport coverage.

It provides live coverage of the Repco Supercars Championship hosted by V8 Sleuth’s Aaron Noonan in addition to its weekly ‘The Driver’s Seat’ program hosted by Matt MacKelden and Steven Johnson.

SEN will cover the Penrite Oil Sandown 500 on Sunday September 17 before providing two days of coverage of the remaining rounds at the Repco Bathurst 1000, Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 and VAILO Adelaide 500.
