THE 2024 calendar for next year’s Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series has been revealed today at Mount Panorama.
The series will remain at seven rounds and race exclusively with the Shannons SpeedSeries in 2024.
Sandown will open the seven-round calendar in February followed by Race Tasmania at Symmons Plains in mid-March and Phillip Island in mid-April.
Shell V-Power Motorsport Park at The Bend returns to the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series calendar for the first time since the series’ inaugural season in 2019.
The South Australian circuit hosted two rounds of the series that year and will host the TCR cars on the last weekend of May next year.
Queensland Raceway will host Round 5 in July before a mid-season break will see the TCR cars sit idle for three and a half months.
The season will resume and then be completed by back-to-back weekends of racing with Kumho TCR World Tour rounds at Sydney Motorsport Park for Race Sydney and the Supercheap Auto Bathurst International at Mount Panorama.
Series organisers today also confirmed that the full broadcast package for the 2024 series will be announced at a later date.
Industry sources have linked the SpeedSeries broadcast package with a move away from Stan Sport for next season.
It was also announced today at Bathurst that Shannons has re-signed to be the presenting partner of the SpeedSeries until at least the end of 2025.

Round 2: Race Tasmania – 15-17 March
Round 3: Phillip Island – 12-14 April

Round 5: Queensland Raceway – 12-14 July
Round 6: Race Sydney (Sydney Motorsport Park 2) – 1-3 November
Round 7: Supercheap Auto Bathurst International – 8-10 November
