Peter Hughes selects V8 Sleuth as exclusive stockist of his latest piece of racing history …
ACCLAIMED Holden designer Peter Hughes has completed work on a special piece of memorabilia – and he’s chosen the V8 Sleuth team as the exclusive stockist of it.
Hughes, pictured here with V8 Sleuth’s Aaron Noonan,has designed a range of Holden Racing Team Commodore race car liveriesover the years and now, with the end of the current Walkinshaw/HRT chapter set to unfold in Sydney this weekend, has produced a beautiful, limited edition collector’s print to mark the occasion.
The evolution of the famous ‘helmet and lion’ HRT logo is on display in the new print, which documents the different colours, shapes and styles of the team’s race cars from over the years.
From the black and white Commodore VL that won Bathurst in 1990 with Win Percy and Allan Grice through to the latest Garth Tander VF Commodore from this season, Hughes has captured the history of the famous team in a single print.
Limited to 200 only, these prints come numbered and signed by Peter Hughes and would make the perfect Christmas present with delivery prior to the arrival of Santa Claus on December 25!
Each print size is 840mm x 640mm and comes delivered in a solid mailing tube with tracking number provided.
