SUPERCARS’ latest parity check is underway, with nine cars being put through Centre of Gravity testing.
It was already known that a car from nine different teams would go under the microscope in the days following the Melbourne SuperSprint.
Now, it’s been confirmed which exact Mustangs and Camaros will take part.
First up today is a quintet of Gen3 cars: Dick Johnson Racing’s #17 (Will Davison), Triple Eight’s #88 (Broc Feeney), PremiAir Racing’s #23 (Tim Slade), Tickford Racing’s #55 (Thomas Randle) and Brad Jones Racing’s #14 (Bryce Fullwood).
Tomorrow will be Team 18’s #20 (David Reynolds), Grove Racing’s #19 (Matt Payne), Walkinshaw Andretti United’s #25 (Chaz Mostert) and Erebus Motorsport’s #9 (Jack Le Brocq).
All testing is taking place at Dunlop’s Melbourne factory.

Chevrolet has won the opening six races of the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship, although there were two instances at Albert Park of Ford drivers taking each other out while leading.
Any required CoG changes could be applied prior to Round 3 at Taupō Motorsport Park in New Zealand on April 19-21.
Post-AGP testing last year led to a 4.97kg adjustment being made to move the Camaro’s CoG higher.
