Supercars’ updated provisional pitlane order

SUPERCARS’ new live pitlane concept will see cars roll out in a very different order next month at Albert Park from how they did this weekend.

With the round-by-round teams’ championship standings now determining the pitlane order for the following event, there’s a more tangible sense than ever of who’s winning and losing.

The biggest winner of all at this early stage is Matt Stone Racing, who are third in the 2024 teams’ championship after placing 10th last year.

On the flipside is Erebus Motorsport (first down to sixth) and Dick Johnson Racing (fifth to 10th).

Pitlane order is less of a factor at Albert Park, given there will be no compulsory pitstops after Supercars was shuffled down the Australian Grand Prix pecking order, but it may still be beneficial in terms of track position in qualifying.

The following order is based on the Round 1 teams’ championship, and the order which teams placed cars within their own garages at Bathurst.
