A VAN lapping Mount Panorama in 1 minute and 56 seconds?
It sounds ridiculous, but that’s exactly what happened on Sunday at the Thrifty Bathurst 500 as Ford unleashed its SuperVan 4.2 at full power.
Check out the video of two-time Le Mans winner Romain Dumas setting a new closed-vehicle lap record at the famed circuit, stopping the clocks at 1:56.28s.
The celebrations are pretty entertaining, too.
