THE start time of the 2020 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 has been confirmed.
The race will follow the same scheduled start time of last year – 11.30am local time.

The race start time was moved to 11.15am in 2016, a time retained for 2017 and 2018.
The race adopted a 10.00am local time kick-off in 1979 after the 1978 race – due to start at 9.30am as per the-then start time – was delayed to 10.00am due to fog surrounding the circuit.
The start time of the race was moved to 10.30am in 2007 – the first year of Channel 7 covering the race in the modern era – and was 10.30am up until 2015 when it was moved to 11.00am.
This year’s Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 Sunday schedule will see the Supercars warm up at 8.40am, Tin Tops Race 3 at 9.15 and TGRA 86 Race 4 at 9.55am prior to the headline race of the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship.
