Every driver racing in the 2023 Bathurst 12 Hour

THE full list of drivers racing at the 2023 Bathurst 12 Hour has been released, featuring 15 different nationalities.

But it is an Australian who has become the latest high-profile addition, Chaz Mostert spearheading the #65 Melbourne Performance Centre Audi R8 LMS Evo 2 which had previously only had Fraser Ross and Liam Talbot assigned to it.

Mercedes announced its international fleet on Wednesday night, following on from Audi last week.

The diverse grid includes superstars from varying disciplines: MotoGP icon Valentino Rossi, DTM champion Sheldon van der Linde, TCR Australia ace Tony D’Alberto and Supercars legends Jamie Whincup and Craig Lowndes to name a few.

Two drivers are still to be named, both in the Mark Griffith-led Mercedes GT4.

Notably, only 26 cars now feature on the entry list, with two less Porsches than originally expected (missing is one EBM Giga Racing Pro-Am car and the Our Kloud – Up To 11 MotorSport from the Invitational class).

Practice starts next Friday ahead of a 5:45am AEDT race start on Sunday February 5.
