JACK Perkins has offered an update on the restoration of the Holden VP Commodore which his father Larry co-drove with Gregg Hansford to third place in the 1994 Bathurst 1000.
PE 019, which won a championship race earlier that year at Lakeside in the hands of Perkins Sr, features in a V8 Sleuth-produced book detailing every car built by the iconic team.
