BRAD Jones Racing has revealed its fan-inspired Bathurst 1000 livery for the #4 entry of Jack Smith and Jaxon Evans.
The SCT Logistics-backed Chevrolet Camaro’s normally white wrap will instead feature a mosaic of photographs supplied by both fans and BJR team members that reflect their favourite ‘Great Race’ memories.
Several of the photos highlight team boss Brad Jones’ time behind the wheel at Mount Panorama, including shots from his time racing a factory-backed Mitsubishi Starion, racing for Peter Brock’s Mobil-backed squad and when the pair linked up again at the Holden Racing Team, and when BJR led the early laps of the 2002 race with John Bowe.

The late Jason Richards appears in several places as well, while drivers Smith and Evans also submitted their own photos for the livery.
In Smith’s case, it’s a photo of he and his family on the grid for the 2021 race – a photograph that was framed and hung in many of the family’s homes – while Evans contributed a pic of him with his father in the team garage during his Bathurst 1000 debut last year.
The livery is one of several new paintschemes that have been revealed for the event, with the Blanchard Racing Team, Tickford Racing and Grove Racing also set to field cars in new colours this weekend.
