PODCAST: THE TOP 10 HOLDEN DRIVERS AT BATHURST

IN a special episode of the V8 Sleuth Podcast powered by Timken in the lead-up to the 2020 Bathurst 1000, Aaron Noonan and Will Dale debate over who are Holden’s 10 best drivers in its history at the Mount Panorama enduro.

The 2020 edition of the ‘Great Race’ will be the last run with Holden as an active vehicle brand following General Motors’ announcement in February that the brand will be retired at the end of the year.

Here at V8 Sleuth we’ve commemorated the marque’s history on the racetrack with our new book Racing the Lion: An Illustrated History of Holden in Australian Motorsport, a 400-page hardcover book paying tribute to the marque’s rich competition history spanning over seven decades.

It’s now in stock in the V8 Sleuth Bookshop – click HERE to order!

With 2020 also marking the 60th running of the race at Mount Panorama, whittling down six decades-worth of Holden drivers to the 10 best isn’t as easy as you’d think: the V8 Sleuth team came up with two very different lists, headed by the driver they ranked #1!
